Position	Type	Qualifications/Experience	Remuneration
Waiter or Waitress	Part Time	Ability to speak both Thai and English. Knowledge of Thai food/culture and waiting experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. Willing to work as part of a team.	£ Negotiable plus share of tips.
Second Chef	Full Time	Reporting to the Head Chef, a successful applicant will have had at least five years experience in a high quality restaurant preparing and cooking traditional Thai food.	Salary commensurate with qualifications & experience. Package including accommodation & food available. Plus share of tips.
Head Waiter/ Assistant Manager	Full Time	Head Waiter/Waitress required. with ability to speak both Thai and English. Knowledge of Thai food/culture and at least five years waiting experience essential. Experience in team leadership and restaurant management would be a distinct advantage.	Salary commensurate with qualifications & experience. Accommodation & food included. Plus share of tips.
Kitchen Assistant	Part Time	Assistance required in the kitchen. Duties may include washing up and cleaning. Knowledge of food hygiene and food handling would be a distinct advantage, but training will be given.	Based on £4.95 per hour Plus share of tips.
