The majority of our staff are either Thai Nationals entitled to live in UK, or Thai Nationals granted a special Work Permit on the basis of their specialist skills.

Our Head Chefs, Big (Burton) and Wirrat (Chasewater) are full time professional Thai Chefs. They have combined their experience and skills to develop the Thai Lanna menu for both restaurants.
