Thai Lanna - Stone: Reservations

Thai Lanna - Stone can be busy, especially at weekends, so advanced booking of a Table or Take-Away is advised.


Booking at least 24 hours in advance will also allow us to determine staffing levels - helping to maintain a good level of service.


You can reserve a table at Thai Lanna - Stone for the following times: 


            Lunch:  Friday and Saturday     12:00 to 1:30pm


          Evening:  Tuesday to Saturday      6:00 to 9:00pm

During busy hours, typically between the hours of 6 & 9 pm on Friday and Saturday, we may not be able to answer the phone. For advanced bookings, please call during off peak times e.g. 11:00 - 2:30pm Tues to Sat.


Recently we have seen an increase in people booking a table and not turning up. Maintaining social distancing means we have limited availability and No SHOWS are threatening the existance of our business.


If you can't make it or the number of diners change please call us.


We record every 'NO Show' and everyone on that list will be required to provide a £10 per head deposit before a booking can be confirmed. That deposit will not be refunded if we are not informed of the cancellation at least 1 hour before opening time on the day of the booking.




A 10% Service Charge will be added to the bill for Tables of 5 or more.


Only make a booking if you are certain to turn up at the allocated time with the specified number of people.


Bookings made but not used can result in other customers not being able to dine. It can also result in lost revenue to the restaurant and ulimately push up prices.


If for any reason you cannot make it, please call so we can allocate your table to another customer.


The restaurant is accessible by wheelchair through an alternative entrance. Please provide advanced notice.


We cannot provide highchairs. We may be able to accommodate customers' high chairs buy prior arrangement. Please call to discuss.
